You are charged per block returned, in US dollars. An empty answer is still an answer and is charged; a block that failed on our side is not. A flight we searched for and could not find is charged — the search is the work.
Each block is charged at your rate applicable when the request is submitted, so these amounts never change afterwards.
This page reflects usage to date. The invoice you receive is built from the same numbers.
